Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs or drumsticks

  • 3 tbsp Mango Honey

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • ½ tsp allspice

  • Salt & pepper

How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).

  2. Whisk mango honey, soy sauce, lime juice, ginger, and allspice.

  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper.

  4. Brush generously with glaze.

  5. Roast for 35–40 minutes, basting halfway, until sticky and caramelized.
