This Honey Oat Latte is creamy, lightly spiced, and naturally sweetened with honey — finished with a generous swirl of coconut whipped cream and a drizzle of Rum Spice Honey for depth and warmth. It’s indulgent without being heavy, and simple enough to make on a quiet morning or cozy afternoon.


What You’ll Need

For the Honey Oat Latte

  • 1 shot (or ½ cup) freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee

  • ¾ cup oat milk

  • 1–2 teaspoons Lignum Honey (to taste)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

For the Coconut Whipped Cream

  • ½ cup full-fat coconut cream (chilled)

  • 1 teaspoon Lignum Honey

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

To Finish

  • Lignum Rum Spice Honey, for drizzling

  • Optional garnish: cinnamon or nutmeg


How to Make It

1. Make the Coconut Whipped Cream

  1. Scoop the thick coconut cream from a chilled can into a bowl.

  2. Add honey and vanilla.

  3. Whip until light and fluffy (about 1–2 minutes).

  4. Set aside in the fridge while you prepare the latte.


2. Prepare the Honey Oat Latte

  1. Brew your espresso or strong coffee and pour into your favourite mug.

  2. Warm the oat milk gently (stovetop or milk frother).

  3. Stir honey and vanilla into the coffee until fully dissolved.

  4. Pour the warm oat milk over the coffee.


3. Finish & Serve

  1. Spoon coconut whipped cream generously over the latte.

  2. Drizzle Rum Spice Honey on top.

  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.

  4. Sip slowly and enjoy.
