Warm, simple dessert with Caribbean warmth

2 ripe peaches, halved

1 tbsp butter or olive oil

1–2 tbsp Summer Blossom Honey

Pinch of cinnamon or allspice

Lime zest (optional)
How to Make It

Preheat grill or pan to medium heat.

Brush peaches lightly with butter or oil.

Grill cut-side down for 3–4 minutes until caramelized.

Flip, drizzle with honey, sprinkle spice.

Remove from heat and finish with lime zest.
